The FAQ below applies to the project management course.
The course is both theoretical and practical. The course includes lectures, workshops and interactive sessions. The nature and style of delivery is mostly pragmatic and engaging. Participants can ask questions as well as answer questions.
The course will never have more than 15 participants to ensure that everyone has a chance to speak and answer questions.
If you are buying 3 seats or more, we do. Use the contact form to request a quote.
As far as we know, this is the only course on this topic and format in the world. If there are several people from your company that would be interested in attending, you may consider running the course as a company internal course. This usually makes sense from about 5 or more participants. Please reach out to using this link if you would like to have a more detailed discussion about this with us.
A course certificate will be given to participants meeting the course certificate requirements either on the course or it will be sent by mail after the course.
The PMP certification is something that I think project managers shall seriously consider. The terminology and models used during the course are well aligned with A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (or PMBOK), but you will most likely have to study more to pass the PMP exam. There are excellent preparatory courses for that exam that I recommend.
